Foyer Design Project Wall Panels
Foyer Wall Panels Before.
Double Headpiece Louis XIV Wall Panels and Louis XIV Narrow Panels were used in this foyer with handpainted stenciled panels. The design project included a new color palette for the panels, walls and ornamentation; as well as new stairs, landings, balusters and railing.
First step priming everything.
Color Palette – Base color Benjamin Moore Cream Froth with Raw Umber Aging Glaze.
Inside the Louis XIV Wall Panels we used Benjamin Moore Iceberg with Raw Umber Aging Glaze. Next steop will be adding ornamentation in the same finish as the Louis XIV wall panels.
Cast Iron Balusters from Custom Ironworks.
The landings and stairs are white maple with a custom stain using Aqua Stain and Seal in Pickling White and Honey Pine. The railings are maple so the stain was tweaked to match the landings.
